A: Yes, it has a one year warranty on it (does not cover software issues or issues caused by handling).
A: LTE phones by Verizon are carrier unlocked for use with GSM networks.

A: It comes unlocked for most companies as Verizon doesn't lock their phones anymore. I don't recommend it for using it on any other company tho because this has caused problems for me when calling and stuff like I can't call back and stuff i have to go to the actual contacts
