Q: My blue tooth sounds muffled to the person on the other end . Has this happen
A: It has not happened to me. Calls sound perfect to myself and the person on the other end. Your headphones may be defective.
A: there should be 3 other sets of buds in the box. i used the medium ones and my wife used the small ones

A: They beep. They do not vibrate.
A: did not try them with my lg smart tv, did try them with my dell 2in1 and S8 and the in car bt audio. they worked and again were avg. did try the sony bt50 in ear ones i purchased with my tv, they worked fine, sounded like i was in the theatre.
