Very nice phone.

It's used by my dad--he likes the larger display and the fact that it's a flip (no accidental calls from his back pocket) and actual buttons vs. the touch screen.

Great phone for non internet users

She does not text or use the internet so it is the perfect basic phone. She has no issues being able to use it. She can find the menu easily and the numbers that are stored. It connects to her car without issue. Great phone for the price and what we needed it for.

It's a great phone but....

Too many times I've called people on accident when the side button was hit without my knowledge. It seems like very poor design to not be able to turn it off. That is the only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating.

the battery life is poor

I would recommend this phone only if someone is not using a cell phone for long periods of talk time. but I myself do use it for long periods of time each day so it just wasn't a good match for me.

Q: QuestionSamsung M400 cell phone 911 buttonCan the 911 button on the Samsung M400 cell phone be disabled? My sister has co-ordination problems and often hits the wrong keys, then panics.
