      "Swinging" Wall Mount

A TV on this wall mount will NOT hug the wall as tightly as a model that holds your TV motionless, but the trade off is that this is a very movable mount. You can swing and swivel your TV out from the wall, which is especially nice if you want be able to view it from different angles. It also offers a decent range of tilt. In my case, I have large glass doors in my living room that lead out to an enclosed balcony. If I want to take my TV show with me when I step outside, I can swing the TV out to nearly a right angle to the wall to watch from the balcony. Sometimes my wife likes to shift her viewing position to the end of the couch closer to the TV, but she ends up viewing across the TV at a severe angle. I can swing the screen out so she can see it much better. Despite the fact that that the specs recommend this mount for a 37 to 50 inch screen, it's working great for me with a 55 inch screen. The only limitation is that this does make it impossible to turn the screen to full right angle to the wall, but it gets close. The thing I find most remarkable, though, is that this mount swings and swivels very easily, and yet it is also very stable. It stays where I put it. In other words, it only takes a light touch to move it, but it doesn't move by itself. You won't regret choosing this mount, it does a great job. The only concern or reservation I have in recommending it, is that if you are trying to mount your TV very tightly to the wall, this won't be the right pick. However, I seriously doubt you can find a reasonably pried product that could give you a tighter mount without sacrificing the great range of movement and stability that this mount offers.

I had to go to Lowe's to get smaller screws to attach my TV to the frame. The kit had screws that was too wide and too long. I did use the large spacers because it seemed to fit better. One thing that is not mentioned in the video and description of online is that in order to slide the TV all the way to the right or left.. you have to remove the TV off the clip and unscrew the bracket.. then slide it over..tighten it up.. then click the TV on the wall mount part. MUST BE IN A STUD!!! I would NOT do drywall locking fasteners as this is not a light mount. Regardless, I love this!!!! I can tilt and bring the TV pretty far out. I also love their cord management system. Glare is no longer an issue when playing games, etc.

After selecting an HD TV and sound bar and installation the salesperson selected this wall mount unit. It was not in stock and I was sent to another store 10+ miles away. Picked it up and when the Best Buy installer arrived he advised it was the wrong wall mount and to return it and he provided another product. Returned the wall mount and the correct one the installer selected was not in stock. Had to drive to another Best Buy and picked up the wall mount. When the installer arrived who was not the same as the first he advised the wall mount was not correct and the tv could not be mounted on it due to the screw position which he demonstrated. I then purchased another wall mount returned the second one and the installation was complete. I was forced to be home two days for the installation due to the inability of Best Buy to know the correct size and fittings to the TV I purchased at the same time as well as drive to Best Buy stores four times in different locations to pick up and return the wrong items. Very poor customer service.

I recently bought a 50" 4K TV and needed to finally get it off the table. This mount did the trick. It was straightforward to install with some nice templates to help me along. The flexibility to be able to slide the TV along the main bracket on the wall was VERY nice as I wanted to make some fine-tune adjustments once the bracket was mounted. The range of motion and tilting is very nice and smooth. My unit felt a slight "wobble" in the "rotate" axis even after tightening all the adjustments, but I slid a small piece of thick photographic paper in the joint and now it is solid. I don't know if this is just my unit or if others have encountered this. But I didn't remove a star for it. The specs claim it supports a max 50" TV and 75lbs. I would feel very comfortable going larger than 50" as long as you adhere to the weight spec. So, in that sense, it is "future-proofed" a bit. Highly recommend this unit.

I purchased this wall mount for a 50" tv to be mounted in a bedroom. The price for this mount was more than I expected, but to have the maneuverability the price is competitive. The directions were EASY to follow. All the necessary hardware for just about every possible mounting scenario was included. There is even a template and easy to access videos to help first time users do it themselves with professional results. I was done in less than 15 minutes, 5 of which was watching the videos. I am fairly handy, but not a professional, however, this product made me look like a champion! It is not the cheapest, but is definitely worth the money for fast, easy, professional wall mounting with amazing flexibility for different angles of viewing.

I had my heart set on an LG OLED. I needed to raise the TV to add a guest chair beneath it. Unfortunately, the available space in my living room restricted me to a 43" screen. LG's smallest OLED TV was 55". So I purchased a different 4K LG and this Full Motion Wall Mount by Sanus. It's a beauty! Very well built, and amply supplied to manage all of the mounting options. Sadly, this old house wasn't cooperating. The corner space intended for the TV had no available studs behind the plaster and lath wall. 48" to a right angle 33" and not a stud!. I bought two expensive deep scan and metal scan stud sensors, used two different magnetic stud finders, even a crazy strong magnet from a hard drive on a string. Nada! The TV and mount are too heavy for wall anchors. I may have to open up the wall, pull out the lath and plaster, reinforce, then drywall.....or.....maybe not. Just keep the TV on a stand and exclude one guest seat.

Very Simple to Install TV Wall Mount

This came with clear instructions and was straightforward to mount. The only issue was the length of bolt to install into the screen (through the mount). For our screen, the longer bolts (they provided 2 lengths) were too long and the shorter ones were too short, so we had to cut the "spacers" about half and then use a washer (they provided washers). The other thing, definitely check your TV screen weight - the size we had said it could only support up to 50 inches (and 75 pounds), but our 55 inch was only like 28 pounds, so we used the less expensive mount. Definitely can adjust the angle and so forth to position the screen in a building corner to be 45 degrees to either wall.

This full motion wall mount was installed within a reasonable amount of time. My brother installed it and didn't seem to encounter any major issues. He did have to off set it from where I wanted it because of having to line it up with the studs, but that couldn't be changed. I just adjusted it based upon moving the way that it is set to center it more on the wall. One thing that is a bit of a pain is that if it is moved, it can cause the tv to not be even (i.e. it becomes cockeyed), and that has to be adjusted. The handles to adjust it are really tight and difficult to move. With all of this said, I would get another. It offers a wide range of movement. I can change the angle from the living room into the kitchen and have a clean line of sight.
