A: The front opening for all shelves is between 8 and 8 1/2 inches (the opening for the bottom shelf is the largest); your components should fit.

A: According to approx. date that this question posted, an answer will be too late coming to help that person. In case it is important elsewhere, we ordered this off of internet site, but, happen to recall seeing it in the theatre room/high end audio/visual dept. of the BB in Kennesaw, GA.

A: The top shelf weight capacity is 60 lbs., the middle shelf can hold 50 lbs. and the bottom shelf can hold 70 lbs.

Q: Do you think this is paintable?
A: Although the faux wood grain for both the cherry and mocha stands looks nice, I think you could easily paint the stand. I did not look at the black stand, but that might be easier to paint depending on the finish. The unassembled stand will only have 2 pieces, the front and the back, to paint which would be easy to do prior to assembly.
