Good Product... If Best Buy would keep it in stock

This product allows you to connect your new car stereo to your existing wiring in a 1987 or later model toyota vehicle. It does this by providing the ability to join to the connector that is supplied (usually) from the new stereo manufacturer with your new stereo. Once you join up the wires and connect using butt connectors (not provided), it's as simple as plugging in both ends and voila... you are connected!! Scosche has a better product (Model TA02BCB) which comes with the butt connectors already attached for convenience. I ordered this on Jan 4th, 2012 and it said "In Stock". I haven't received this yet (as of Jan 18th) or the other Scosche product I ordered (Pocket). The status said "In warehouse in process of shipping" until Jan 17th when the status changed to "Backordered" on TA02B. Be careful when ordering this product online. I would actually call Best Buy and see if it's in stock in the store nearest you before I ordered it online. First time I have EVER been disappointed with Best Buy's service. I think they left this in the hands of the manufacturer and that was the downfall. I'll update my review when I actually receive the part (according to Scosche, by the middle of February 2012... over 30 days after ordering!!).
