Q: Hello. Does this unit run off usb on xbox or does it need to be plugged in outlet?
A: Runs solely on USB power
A: I'm not 100% sure but possibly paying for the "xbox green" color scheme as well as the xbox logo in the corner.
Q: Is this compatible with the Xbox Series S?
A: It is compatable, but only for games made for Xbox One or older. Games made for the Series X/S cannot run on this external drive.
A: You are given the option to format it for games or for media. I chose games. Between 360 and 1 games I now have over 50 on my externals and moved most of the apps I use there as well.
Q: Does it work with the Xbox series S/X?
A: It works on the Series X/S. It can store and run XBox One, 360, and OG XBox games. As for series x/s games, it can store them, but not run them.
Q: Does it come with the cable to connect it to the xbox1 ?
A: Yeah, it does
