Comfy headphones and sound feedback

These headphones were bought with the intention for work (on the phone all day) and to replace the earbud headphones currently being used.
I used these daily, for about a week. Here's why: the comfort level is there especially having it on at least 8 hours a day. The price is quite fantastic. However, clients on the other end could hear the sounds on my end of people shuffling around and it catches the background noise. There were a few that mentioned echoing and sometimes not being able to hear me.
As comfortable as the headphones are (much needed upgrade from the earbud ones), the quality is not sufficient for me in everyday continual use. It's just fair-average.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Good sound, but not durable

Nice headset. Very comfortable. BUT I'd strongly caution any potential buyer to find another model. On this model the microphone broke after only 2 weeks of occasional use. Actually, it wasn't the mic itself, but the wire that goes to the mic. It was just too flimsy to last. I still use the headphones for listening to music, but the unit is no longer useful for gaming or skyping.
To a potential buyer, my recommendation is to find another model.
To Sennheiser, my recommendation is not to cheap out on the wire used in he headset. It breaks too easily with less than normal usage.
A:AnswerThese headphones have two 3.5mm jacks for both the actual speakers in the headphones and the microphone attached. The light green colored jack is for the audio out (speakers) and the pink colored jack is for audio in (microphone). Most computers have the color indicated on the sound card, so that you can match the two up.
