Q: warranty
A: I had my ear buds replaced by Best Buy at the store with the extended warranty. I spoke with customer service in-store and then with the store manager for approval. It took about 20 mins or so, but they did honor the warranty. Best of luck!

A: I'd recommend the following: Beats Studio - this is my favorite amongst all my headphones. $299. Awesome sound like a home theater and it cancels noise very effectively. Monster Miles Davis Tribute - great one especially now that it is on sale for $250. Was priced as high as $499 Sony 500D - can't go wrong with this one too $399 Bose QC3 - awesome on everything $350 (I don't have this but I do have the older model) Bose IE2 - what else can I say.......not got for blocking noise though...but it's great. I have all these except for the Bose QC3 but I have tried it.
