A: Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the Sharp AQUOS LC60UQ17U. When the power button on the 3D glasses is pressed for 2 or more seconds with the power off, pairing with the TV starts. When pairing is completed successfully, the LED on the 3D glasses will blink in green for 3 seconds. To switch between 2D and 3D modes, briefly press the power button on the 3D glasses.

New picture tech worth every penny
Great picture!!! The new Q+ technology makes a nice improvement especially for the 3D usage. I had an older version of this TV that had a swivel base, the new versions don't. Where this tv is in my house I would prefer a swivel, but beyond that, this set really delivers. Great picture, lighter television, good sound, easy set up and usage. This is my 3rd Sharp large format television, and I'm very happy with it.

Amazing picture quality from an affordable TV
The Sharp Aquos Q+ LC-60Q17U is exactly what I was looking for. A television that bridges the gap between 1080p and 4k. I chose not to go with 4k as there are limited broadcast and limited recordings in 4k at this time. To get either also demands a premium price. The Aquos Q+ TV displays much higher quality picture then 1080p due to it's 10 million more subpixels as well as it's up scaling properties. When 4k is readily available the TV also has an upscaling 4k HDMI imput. This TV is nothing short of amazing.

Great TV for the price
This is a superb television for the price. Very little tweaking needed to get the best quality. Easy setup. The only negative is that the picture is a little muted but aside from that, it is wonderful. No regrets what-so-ever. With the ability to play 4k, this TV is a steal compared to true 4k televisions.
