Macro it up with this Lens
Bought this lens to use with my Sony Nex-5 and Ea1 adapter. Right out of the box this lens takes amazing pictures, I found myself chasing the dog around the house getting nose and paw pictures with a lot of detail. Even portraits from 20 feet away take awesome pictures with smooth backgrounds. The Image stabilization is a bit noisy if your going to take video, but it works well.
If your using this lens with the Nex-5 and the Ea1 adapter, don't expect the auto focus to work. The manual focus though is quick though and I haven't tried this with the Ea2 yet. Finally the lens is a bit weighty, but when you get the result from your pictures I don't think you'll mind.
