Q: can this be taken off simple mobile and be unlocked with no plan
A: The response to your question is yes ! But I am just saying yes due to the fact I bought this phone but do not have simple mobile I have strait talk which is completely different but I just popped in my strait talk sim and it was connected by me calling 411 and doing the voice process. So all in all I know it will work with that service but others I have no clue maybe u can try n let us know
