Q: Why is the price so high compared to all the other Chromebook?
A: You're paying for a premium build quality which include: 4K UHD display (the screen technology that Samsung uses in their high-end 4K TV's), built-in stylus, aluminum build, 10th gen i5 processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, and the fact that this Chromebook will be one of the many Chromebooks coming out later this year that will get software support from Google for 8 years, compared to the previous 5 year update policy. For a Chromebook, this is heck of a lot you're getting in a laptop running Chrome OS. If you were to compare all these specs running on a Windows laptop, you would for sure be paying $1,600 - $2,000.

A: Yes it does! There are a lot of reviewers on here that stated it doesn’t or that the backlight is not working but they are wrong! To increase the backlight brightness on the keyboard you need to press the alt key and brightness key at the simultaneously!
