Q: Can I purchase extra Lithium Ion batteries for the hydraquad? Will any 3.7 800 mAh batteries work provided they are the correct size?

A: Yes you can use any 3.7 800mah battery. You can even go up alittle in mah if you want that is if you can get it to stay attached and doesnt way to much more

Q: Can a 6 year old operate this?

A: I would say yes as my 3 year old did and acually did pretty well. The thing is pretty durable
