Q: is there a micro SD card slot for this laptop? thanks
A: I just received this laptop today and it did not have an SSD slot. Will be contacting bestbuy to get this situated.
Q: Is it possible to upgrade/Add more System Storage & RAM memory ? If yes than how ?
A: The ram is not upgradeable as it is soldered. But inside the device there is an open M.2 slot for an SSD, all you have to do is open the back cover and install one.
Q: Can this be charged via the USB-C port?
A: No it cannot.

A: Yes there is an internal M.2 slot Open. The largest capacity supported should be the largest one you can buy.
A: I do not see any flickering while connecting my laptop to a Hisense tv using a HDMI cable. Having worked 25 years with the cable company I have experienced people having this problem and found it to be a problem with the hdmi cable even though the cable worked fine with other devices.
A: The Intel Celeron N4020 processor base frequency speed os 1.10GHz and the burst speed is 2.80GHz. Certainly, it will meet your computing needs using MS Word, Notepad and web-browsing without problems.
Q: Can I play the Sims 4 on this
A: No - Not enough memory we ended up returning it for that reason
