A: I don't see any references anywhere to a digital version coming with any edition. Which kinda makes sense since you can't buy it digitally today. So i would say no, unless something changes.
A: It was sold out and then I checked back a week later and there was some in stock.
Q: will the steelbook be available in stores on release day?
A: At some stores, yes
A: It was available to preorder the first week it was announced. My best guess would be once Best Buy has a better idea of how much stock they will have.
A: No subtitles for the French, I believe from the main characters perspective the audience just wouldn't get to understand the foreigners.
