A: To answer my own question: Just saw that the 9 Pro is finally available to pre-order now. However the $200 gift card promotion is gone, and the trade in value is still nowhere near what it was before. Best Buy, if you don't plan on rectifying this by honoring your own promotion in good faith then you've lost my business forever.
A: Yeah, confirmed with service the launch promotions are not available anymore even though the pixel 9 pro wasn't even available to purchase until today, 9/5/24. Pretty lousy and deceptive thing for Best Buy to do to customers who were waiting to order the phone on 9/4/24 (the specified date the phone would become available) with the expectation that the launch promos for the pixel 9 and pixel 9 pro xl would be available for the pixel 9 pro. Got tricked by Best Buy.
