Sony Price worth it
Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.
Very convenient to use this. Especially with the Behind Neck in ear headset/headphone, I don’t need to worry to lost it because it is holding on my neck. I am surprise the box has additional / extra 6 pairs of earbuds, I am happy with that since my old headphone had no extra earbuds and easy to be broken. This Sony headphone is worth of it.
I would recommend this to a friend

So So Overall. Terrible battery life, comfortable
Owned for 1 year when reviewed.
I absolutely loved my XM1 version of these. I gave those to my son when i grabbed these, hoping for everything to be better, and it should have been for the price. The ergonomics are worse since the moved the controls to the left ear cable. The battery life is aboit 5 hours with NC on. Noice cancellation is OK, but not great. Mine just died yesterday while wearing them, starting with static in the left ear then dying completely. They wont charge or power up again. This is 1 year and 2 weeks after buying…. With a 1 year warranty. Figures. $300 for something that lasts only 1 year of light use is very disappointing.
I bought these and hopes to have higher sound quality than the true wireless headphones I own, with noise canceling being a bonus.
The fit is pretty good for around the neck; they're more comfortable than the B&W pi. Of course getting a good seal with any in ear headphone is necessary and the Sony's provide some quality ear tips, with many to choose from.
Battery life it's pretty good. It's long enough where I didn't really measure it. If I charge it in the morning I can use it all day with the headphones warning low batteries in the evening.
The noise-cancelling was okay but not a big necessity for me. However I must say that with the noise canceling on i got quite a bit of distortion when I moved around. It required me to turn it off most of the time. I own the Sony wh 1000xm3 and the noise cancelling is superior. I also own the wf 1000xm3 in ear and they sound better and are better at noise cancelling.
Sound quality, it's just okay. It seems that the sound signature is u-shaped. You can equalize it in the app but just can't seem to get that sweet spot. I constantly was turning down the treble that was painful at normal listening volumes. (I must say that I'm spoiled on the Sennheiser true wireless headphones).
Micriphone - although I never specifically tested it, people did have difficulty hearing me while using the headphone. I got a lot of "huh" and "what did you say?"
If you can put up with the inconvenience of having to carry around a case, I would say that the true wireless option that Sony makes (wf 1000xm3) is a better buy. However, that case is chunky and you can keep these around your neck all day long without having to worry about losing them, and you get a little bit better battery life.

A:AnswerI have used these headphones with WebEx and Zoon on my Windows PC and it worked great. One of its nice features is the capability to be connected via an included cable so you can use it even if the battery is dead.
