      Embarrassing

In a nutshell, first they sell you a garbage phone, then they want you to do their job and install the hardware they should have put in there the first time, then they want you go to almost a month without a phone while they fix it. I'll never even consider Sony in the future. Sony should be embarrassed at this poor excuse of a product. At first it was a dream come true with perfect pictures and more than enough storage. Less than 2 months later the screen is going out. There are always double pixels or lines all over it. If I turn the screen off they'll go away, and they tend to stay away longer the longer I leave the screen off, but it's always back within a minute or two. Customer service wanted to give me a run around. All I wanted was to use the warranty, but they want you to go through a million useless steps first, including uninstalling and installing their own fricken hardware. I was blown away to find out it takes 14 business days (or more) to get the phone back from warranty not counting shipping.

I have always purchased LG or Samsung phones in the price range of $200-300 and always experienced issues with the cheaper phones. So I finally decided to get an unlocked Sony. I am very satisfied with the quality and feel of the phone. It does not lag and the battery has a longer life span than the other phones. I don't feel that I've sacrificed quality for price. I strongly recommend this phone to anyone on a budget for a phone. The only issue I have had with it, was pairing with my car. It took a few tries before it found the vehicles bluetooth, and now pairs fine.

I like this phone because is different compared with the traditional models. But the cameras do not work like 13 and 8 MP, the pictures taken are not good. Its slow phone.

The Sony Xperia L2 is a great mid-range phone. It seems as Sony is still fairly new to the smartphone market they still give consumers a fair amount of "bang for your buck."
