I always buy the South Park DVD and binge watch. Overall, I find 7-10 episodes that are funny per season with the other 4-7 being OK. I love not watching commercials. I did not see season 19, but season 20 is all 10 episodes tied together and must be watch consecutively. Overall, it does not hold and not as interesting as the other seasons. I would pass unless you have to collect all South Parks. This is probably the weakest season except for season 1 and 2.

While smarter comedy than any lame sitcom out there, the freshness of Parker and Stone's wit is growing long in the tooth. The single episodes worked much better of the earlier years. Not trying to drag together a continuing plot device was less limiting and opened up for random comedy. I find myself laughing less at these newer episodes as they mimic reality too much.

After over 20 seasons, you either love or despise SP. While I am a fan of the series, this season was pretty much one long storyline which kind of got old to me after 5 or so episodes. Not that it isn't amusing, SP always impresses me with the up to date stories, but something with this season felt different. Still a must buy for any can of the series!

South Park's 20th season was an excellent, consistently funny, great example of the show's ability to adapt to current events and still touch on timeless themes while making us all laugh a whole lot, with hilarious jokes and general absurdity that the show has become known for. Great work!

I always get the newest season of SP their crude mature offensive humor never let's up, I liked how this ran with one storyline the entire season. The only thing I find disappointing that the new seasons are a lot shorter used to be about 17, 14 & now 10ep.

Continuing the serialized style of season 19, the storylines really come together as an epic-sized movie in the second half of the season. And, there's an insightful discussion with Matt and Trey about the state of South Park in the bonus features.

This purchase was a belated Christmas gift for my oldest son (as it was not in stock in Blue Ray at Christmas time). I own the plain DVD version and it is typical South Park. His collection is now complete again.
