A welcome flashback to an earlier era
Spacehunter Adventures in the Zorbidden Zone has held up very well on the years since its theatrical release, and the care that went into the remastering of this this Blu-ray shows.
Colors, sounds and resolution are all as good as I'm remembering. Only one thing missing.
3D!
This movie was shot natively in 3D, and released during the resurgence of 3D movies in the 80's. Out was a technological Marvel at its time due to the size and complexity of the equipment involved in the 3D production. Up until this time, most 3D was shot in open spaces with very little camera movement.
It is sad that the original 3D versionmovie has not been preserved and released, and I hope that someday out will be.

Throwback 80s movie
saw this movie when I was younger...like a teenager!LOL. But it was in 3D. I like the actors..Molly Ringwald.. and Peter Strauss. Cheesy Special effects but they were practical..The way they did it back in the old days!! lol Fun movie. Wish they did the 3D Blue Red tratment,,,, something like how they did Friday The 13th part 3!!!

Inter-taining
I bought this more out of nostalgia....it was fun to watch again after so many years.....the special effects were something to be desired, but hey, let's face it, it was made in the 1980's and not a big budget movie.
