A: yes. there is only a MacBook air 13.3. so the 13' and the 13.3 are the same thing.
Q: Has this case scratched your MacBook?
A: No this did NOT scratch my teens computer, it was also easy to put on. I liked it so much I bought one for my own Mac book!
Q: Is the clear case 2 piece- for top and bottom?
A: Yes, however it cracks easily. If you travel a lot I would suggest looking for an alternate solution.
Q: What is the material of the case? Is it a soft/rubbery material or is it hard?
A: It's a hard glossy plastic. Very durable, and finger prints don't show.
