Surprise Christmas Gift for my son

Fast forward 10 years and he stills enjoys them and can’t wait for the new movie to come out on the 15th. He’s been wanting this BB8 droid since his birthday in February and I grabbed it for $100 with the wrist band. Awesome deal! He’s going to love it!

Pretty Cool

The app is better than using the force band. The updates for the force band can take a few hours. Doesn't work the best on on carpet, need a little push to get going. Not bad if you get it on sale.

Q: QuestionWhat's the difference between this product and the one without the force band (other than the force band)? Looking at what's included in both products, it shows the one without the band had a charging system and this one doesn't. Is this true?

- A:Answer An update to Special Edition: this version of BB8 is a "Battle Worn" design, as opposed to the original version's "new" or "clean" look. The Watch Me feature has been updated to include Rogue One. The band is supposed to work with other sphero robots that include Bluetooth SMART (according to Sphero).

Q: QuestionCan you still use your smartphone android with this or only the wrist band that comes with it? Is this better than the clean one without the wrist band? Thanks.
