Q: Is the ring attached to the phone case?
A: You attach the ring with a 3m thingy included with the phone case. You don’t have to have it attached if you don’t want to. Hope that helps.
Q: Does this case fit the IPhone XS Max?
A: no its for the x/XS regular size. although I believe there was the plus size also
Q: Does the case support wireless charging with or without ring attached?
A: Does support without ring. Once ring is attached (for the location we placed it) it was too far away from the wireless charger to work. Ring is optional, and is attached with an adhesive initially.
