Not for cleaning tile grout
||Posted .Owned for 4 months when reviewed.I purchased this in hopes it would clean our tile grout in the house. Although it did work great in general, it did not get our grout clean.

Great Value!
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This product does everything I ask of it! I have used it almost daily since I bought it. I wish there were some kind of window to check on the level of remaining water. The cords love getting caught up in each other, but they are, of necessity, long and I really like that I have adequate room to maneuver.

Works well but has cheap attachments
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This product works pretty well, however it does take about 10 minutes to heat up. The attachment brush with wired bristles had bristles fall out upon first use.

Very cheap attachments
||Posted .Owned for 11 months when reviewed.Day one of owning it the mop attachment came appart. The long tube from the handle to the mop head is hollow with a smaller tube running through it. That tube would come out everh time i detached the mop from the handle. This went on for the entire year i had owned it.

The only way to clean tough grease and grime
||Posted .Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This steamer has made cleaning vinyl floors and greasy items in the kitchen much easier. It will cut through grime that has been stuck with no avail from normal cleaners.

||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Heats up quick but takes a minute of continuous running for it to quit spitting water from condensation. Otherwise, it’s a decent machine.
