I received an epidural during child birth. Afterward my back hurt and of course my flexibility was not like before pregnancy. This work out helped me with that. It also relaxed my mind and body to fall a sleep.

Waste of money dont buy
To many sections on DVD stop and select. My wife just needs a DVD you play and workout and not every 15 minutes have to select the next workout.
