Q: Is this waterproof. Can I leave it outside all the time.
A: Hi there. All SunBrite TVs are meant to be permanently installed outdoors. They are fine exposed to long periods of snow and rain, without being covered. This 49" Pro Series can operate in temperatures from -40F to 122F. However, they are not submersible (you can't watch TV underwater). That's not a problem for most folks. Hope this is helpful! Q: What type of Mount would this need?
A: The SB-4917HD works best with our articulating wall mount (SB-WM46), our non-articulating tilt wall mount (SB-WM46NA), or our ceiling mount (SB-CM46A12). Q: is this a smart tv, and does it have Bluetooth?

A: Hi Dave, Here are a few images of the product (link provided below). Being able to move it around may mean different things to different people. It'd not a cart with wheels, and obviously you'd still need a power source, a content source, and a suitable location, but this stand is much like a stand that you'd find on an indoor TV.
