Your SWFT journey starts here. Wherever you’re headed, VOLT will get you there with style, safety, and a fresh design that’ll turn heads as you turn corners. Move ahead of the pack with a SWFT e-bike with a built-in rechargeable battery. Multiple modes allow you to use pedal-assist or your throttle to propel you forward. With a 19.8 mph max speed, you can travel up to 32 miles on a single charge of your battery alone. A built-in monitor display indicates your battery output and speed. Let the journey begin.
Q: Does this come in a women's model
A: The VOLT is unisex and is best fit for riders 5'10" and up. If you are interested in a shorter-frame model take a look at the FLEET. It's best for riders 5'4" and up, not to mention it's super cute and has a crazy powerful motor. Please let us know if you have any other questions! We're here to help.
A: Hey there! Although it may be possible for you to ride the VOLT at 5'6", it may be uncomfortable because of the standover height of the bike frame. The standover height of the frame bar measures 32.5" from the ground, which is the point where you would straddle your frame at a stop. We recommend you check out our FLEET, which is a cruiser-style that would be a better fit for your height. We are continually adjusting our product and evolving our frame sizes for a more comfortable fit for our riders.
A: Hey Lisa, Thanks for reaching out. The VOLT uses inner tubes with Schrader valves which have a standard 8mm diameter. For more information, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. Happy holidays!
Q: Is the 32mile range on the lowest assist level? Can an additional charger be purchased?
A: Most likely it is on the lowest pedal assist level. Since the bike is 36v 10ah, that means it has 360 watt hours. An average ebike rider uses about 15 watts hours per mile with pedal assist at 3-5 (or since this bike only has 3 steps, 2-3). 360/15 = 24 miles using the 2 or 3 setting (which is 70% to 100%). Setting it to 1 would only use 20%, so you would use less watt hours per mile and that seems to be the circumstance where you can get up to 32 miles (using about 11.25 watt hours per mile). For more information on how this works, see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tluh8a9fTnQ. I don't believe an additional battery can be purchased since everything is integrated into the frame.
A: The handlebars are not adjustable. This bike will be very hard on the back of a tall person. I would reccomend you return it and shop for a different bike. Not worth risking the ridiculous restock fee that best buy is charging.
Q: Will it go uphill? Does it charge itself when pedaling?
A: You can absolutely ride the VOLT uphill! The bike does not recharge itself while pedaling, however you can ride 32 miles on just a single charge. We recommend fully charging the battery before use.
Q: What's the recommended tire pressure on this bike. Thanks much...
A: There is one line in the manual that mentions this and it says to check the sidewall of the tire. The tire said not to exceed 70PSI. I would confirm with your tire as well.
A: Hello! Thanks for reaching out! The VOLT's standover height of the frame measures 32.5" from the ground. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
