Q: Is a Roku subscription required for this TV?
A: In order to use the smart features of this TCL Roku TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at start up and still access all of the inputs. A: Why when I turn my tcl tv on it blink and go to a black screen
Q: Can you get the Spectrum app on this TV?
A: NO. As of Dec 2019, if you do not currently have the Spectrum app installed, you will not be able to install the Spectrum app on a TCL TV, or Roku product. Contract issue. See Spectrum.net/roku for more info.
A: My NEW TCL 50" Roku cannot receive Local OTA signals. I have tried THREE digital amplified antennas, and STILL CANNOT receive all the local channels clearly. Is this a typical TCL problem? The company replaced the original TV because it's receiver failed altogether. The NEW TCL replacement is better, but still does not receive all channels! I'm VERY unhappy..
A: The two legs are angled a little out with the front being wider by about 2 1/4" The front legs are 31 1/4" apart outside edge to outside edge.

Q: Does this tv have a sleep timer?
