Just as good as part 1 and you do need this!
Part 1 leaves you hanging, not intentionally. I guess this should have been season 2? But whatever. This is the set to get. I play the Blu-ray and the DVD is good for the road. The story does not let up and actually gets very intense in the final couple of episodes. Definitely a cliffhanger. This made me get the book too. best anime I have ever owned.

So good!!
Picked this up to complete my limited edition boxset of season 1...great show with endearing characters having fun enjoyable adventures. Follows the manga and reproduces the artwork beautifully. Bluray presentation is gorgeous with sharp lines and colors that really pop. A fine addition to any anime collection!

A Beautiful Anime Experience
This is the second part of the Ancient Magus' Bride anime series. If you enjoyed the first half, you will for sure enjoy the second half too! It's such a beautiful story, and the art is impressive. Personally, it's one of the best anime I've seen in a long time.
