I did the beginner's level and I tell you, it's AWESOME!!! I jumped in, started and had the mind set that this DVD was either going to grab me and convince me to exercise or totally turn me off. I was hooked especially when I saw the people on the DVD looked and were shaped like me. I like the fact you get mile markers, i.e. you've completed 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 mile while walking. You're so into it that you don't realize how far you've walked and then it's over. You work up a sweat, get your cardio up and feel like a winner when you're done. The trainer does easy moves you can catch onto and is very encouraging throughout the video. He stated I'd be able to run a marathon in I believe six weeks. This means I have to do my part so I plan on incorporating this video into my daily exercise program. I love the fact that with this video, I won't have to compromise my workout by using excuses such as, "It's cold outside or It's raining outside." No excuses!!! I can't wait to exercise again with this DVD!!!
