THE MOVIE IS TOO REAL IT WAS DIFFICULT
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I could see this happening to anyone. The movie is old but timeless, the plot makes my heart beat hard, maybe my bp was going up, I even wanted to turn it off, was hard to endure the pain and feeling all that empathy was so difficult to take. I can only dream they can make movies this good again. wow. THIS MOVIE IS JUST FANTASTIC. YOU CAN SEE MORE REVIEWS AT IMDB. I JUST WISH EBAY SELLERS WOULD NOT BUY ALL THE STEELBOOKS AND THEN SCALP THEM ON EBAY THIS MUST END. PUT A LIMIT SAY 2 PER CUSTOMER ON PURCHASES OF STEELBOOKS. SHIP THEM IN BOXES NOT BUBBLE WRAP AS THEY ARE ALWAYS DENTED AND DAMAGED.

An Interesting Well Acted Film
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a fan of nearly all David Fincher's movies for their interesting plot twists and sometimes edgy neo noir themes. The Game has the interesting plot twists and excellent acting especially from the supporting cast which really makes this a good and engaging film. It is a bit more Hollywood and a little less edgy for my taste though than his great films like Seven, and Zodiac and not quite as exciting as his Hollywood version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. The movie picked up steam when it got to the game itself and perhaps would have been better if some of the character development part in the beginning had been shorter. Anyway, this remains a good film from one of the best directors in the business and therefore this blu deserves to be part of any Fincher fans collection.

DIDNT REALIZE THIS WAS OLD
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This movie is great, has amazing FUNNY lines, fast action, really sets a nice pace. The sound is great, can't say enough good things about the sound, it has what you expect for the money you spend on a disk of this magnitude, the money they spent was well placed. You get high quality content. The film is so realistic you forget its a movie and just fall into the story and lose yourself in the emotion and staging of the drama and action.

great packaging but very disappointed with the xtr
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The packaging is great and that's why I purchase it in the first place. I love the movie the game and it's one of David Fincher's best movies. However I was very disappointed in the fact that I couldn't get a store pick up and paid for shipping when the store actually physically sold it before the street day. I got an exchange even because the digital copy wouldn't work and the second copy wouldn't work either I'm about to return it for the third time to see if I can get a code but if not I might have to forego this purchase all together because I want both the digital copy and the physical item self. Other than that great design and very cool artwork

Excellent Thriller, David Fincher At His Best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Before there was Gone Girl, there was The Game. David Fincher once again creates a slick, well-paced, thriller which keeps you guessing throughout. Michael Douglas plays Nicholas Van Orton, a wealthy man who has money, power and success but is not completely happy with how his life has turned out. Sean Penn is cast as his little brother who decides to sign Nicholas up for "The Game" as a birthday present for the guy who has everything. Little does Nicholas know that this game will turn out to be the surprise of his life. I would highly recommend this psychological, well-crafted thriller to all.

One of my favorites
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I first watched this movie, I felt like I had stumbled onto a secret that I wanted to let everyone in on. I wanted to make sure everyone I knew watched this. Probably as close to a "perfect" movie as you will see. All the twists and turns you could want in a movie. Douglas at the top of his game (he does play the wealthy man with such ease). Penn does a masterful job and the criminally underrated Deborah Kara Unger is superb. If you haven't seen this movie, you are doing yourself a disservice.
