Welcome Christmas Season
|Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.I would recommend this to a friendAll three movies are an enjoyment to watch especially around the Christmas holidays. Tim Allen plays a great Santa Claus in all three movies. A nice escape from all of the stress and worries going on in the world these days. A great price for all three movies. A great addition to your collection! ENJOY!

Great improvement from DVD!
|Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I would recommend this to a friendMy family and I love these movies. We have all three of the Santa Clause movies on original DVD and we watch them every year. We decided that we needed to get the most out of the experience and upgraded to the Blu-Ray collection. It was a great choice! The improvements in the picture quality and sound are very well done and these movies are even more fun on Blu-Ray!

A good deal if you can't get enough Santa Clause
|Posted .Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.I would recommend this to a friendTim Allen’s The Santa Clause holds a special place for me, not because it’s one of my favorite Christmas movies, but because it was one of the movies my dad dragged into the hospital, along with a TV and VCR, when I had to spend days recovering from surgery. If it’s not a great Christmas movie, it still has some charm. Allen is a pretty average ‘90s corporate ladder-climber who finds his world turned upside-down when he accidentally kills Santa Clause (tough stuff for Christmas time, but it’s more of an accidental fall off his roof that does it). That means he inherits the costume and the work of Santa Claus, and while he at first rejects it, he comes to enjoy it as it helps fix his relationship with his son and fills his days with Christmas spirit. This set also includes the two sequels, Santa Clause 2 and Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause. They fall a little short of the first one, especially the threequel, but for kind of harmless fun that’s dumb enough for kids and clever enough for adults, like the first film, they work well. The second movie focuses on Allen’s search for a wife so that he may continue playing Santa, and it adds Lost’s Elizabeth Mitchell to the cast. In the final film, Martin Short as Jack Frost is jealous of the attention given to Santa Claus in the wintertime, so he plots to time-travel and steal the role of Santa from Allen’s character. The second and third both contain some enjoyable scenes with the other famous childhood legends, like the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy, and that’s some fun. The third isn’t quite as funny, and Martin Short has been funnier in many other movies, but the biggest disappointment to me was that the son of Allen’s character, who played such an important role in the first and a notable role in the second, barely has any scenes. But Alan Arkin has a good role as Santa’s step-father and there’s some jokes about pretending the North Pole as Canada that keep it from being too dull. Mostly, this set is worth it to get the first two movies, and the third is kind of a bonus. When I bought these from Best Buy, it was cheaper to buy this set than the individual movies. As a Christmastime treat, it will be nice to have these on my shelf next to A Christmas Story and How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

Great movie with digital codes
|Posted .Owned for 1 year when reviewed.I would recommend this to a friendThe Santa Clause movies are one of the best Christmas movies ever made. It’s a classic at this point. If you are like me, digital movies are the way we watch almost everything these days so the digital codes are the best part to me. The price is also one of the bast parts!
