Q: Why did my GPU cables not work? Purchased this today and the GPU cables did not work any ideas. I have a Corsair RM850X power supply MSI Geforce RTX 2070 Super 8gb gaming x trio grafic card. Computer did not recognize the card being installed.

A: I would try your normal cable without the extensions if it works then try with the extensions without pulling them into your cable management form see if it works. Could be that the connectors are not all the way on after being stretched and twisted. Also note one of the gpu cables has a 3+1 that you have to push together and another 3 so there should be 2 separate extensions coming from 1 normal gpu cord to the gpu(or 2cords from 2 cords if you don't have the weird normal gpu cord). These Cable's would only not work if there were an obvious cut in them or something not to mention there are sets of 2 for each of the 2 cords needed for the gpu if one doesn't work try the other. Should be a simple plug and done.
