Worked better than previous tracker, fitbit

It was more accurate than the fitbit and more reliable. One of the fitbit issues was ease of putting it on. This Watch was much easier in that respect.

Data sync's to i-phone and can then see distance, steps, calories and sleep time. Easy to set goals. Overall gives one a bit of a challange to outdo your goal settings. Would be nice to have a date on the watch, but overall a good deal and keeps good time.

Good step track bad sleep tracker

Even if you set it to track sleep only at night it will still show somehow that you got some sleep during the day anywhere from a couple of minutes to a couple hours. I'd believe it if I took naps but I rarely do. I like that you don't have to recharge it and it looks nice. If it tracked sleep better it would be a five. Indiglo is a nice touch as well
