Q: How many players can you play offline or local? 4 players?
A: Unfortunately, offline is still only single player, you can play "situtations" were are single missions for different operators and terrorist hunt (no A.I. partner either). I'm not sure if there is LAN capabilities, that would be cool though.
Q: is the year two edition different than the original rainbow six seige
A: No, it just brings over some DLC from my understanding, but regardless i do not recommend you wasting any money on this game.
A: It gives you access to all the year 2 characters and some skins.
