A: No, this product is not compatible.
Q: can upgrade a second ssd m.2 an memory RAM
A: Thanks for your question, Gabriel. The RAM memory and storage drive featured in this Satellite S55 laptop are not user upgradeable.
Q: What is the average battery life for moderate use?
A: I get almost a full day out of it using it on and off all day. I removed from the charger at about 9am, and now at 11 it still has 23% battery life.
Q: Is the bottom of the case plastic or is it metal?
A: The underside is black plastic, the top lid is a brushed metal. Where you put your palms while typing I think is metal? Or at least less plastic than the bottom somehow.
