A: Hey Barry. I am too a safelink wireless customer and to answer your question, YES you can use this phone with their service. All you have to do is literally remove the Sim card from your current phone and remove the Sim card from the NEW Tracfone you purchased (if you've purchased one) and stick the SIM from your current phone into it. Make sure the phone is shut off when you do so or else it will kind of glitch which hasn't happened to me yet but I'm sure it makes the process a lot easier both for you and the phone. Restart it and Wallahhhhh! You don't need to call customer service to transfer anything which makes the process a lot smoother. Of course if you have any issues then give them a call.
