Great product- Runs big for short petite legs!

The bands run big on my short petite legs so I’ve had to tie double knots. Otherwise, they do the job and I haven’t had any issues so far. I would recommend this product! Love that it came with 5 different band levels + a bag to carry them.

Resiatance banda

The picture does not do a great job at showing you that they are not the single bands. They are like rubber bands. So they are made more for wearing on ankles and knees. They work great for that. I do use them for my arms. The resistance is great. The colors shwo the resitance level but also has the strength on them. Has a carrying/storage pouch.
