Sturdy plate, but a little over priced.
The Xmount plate is a very sturdy mounting plate from TRX for overhead and wall installation to be used with a TRX suspension system or RIP trainer. The mount comes in Gray or white, which was handy as I installed this in a white garage so it is almost invisible against the ceiling. The plate comes with both wood and concrete screws. The instructions are simple and pretty straight froward. It is important to pre-drill the holes first, which I did, but getting the wood screws to snug up against plate took multiple attempts of screwing in and out the bolts a few times to get them to go in all the way. Eventually switched to an impact drill to push the screws in all the way, which may not have been necessary, but it sure helped. My one comment is that the price point ($40) for mounting plate seemed pricy for what it is. I used used a non TRX mounting plate for my TRX RIP Trainer, and was happy with that.

The TRX - Xmount Plate was very easy to put up! It's also very sturdy. It holds a large boxing bag, and two adults using TRX Bands. Make sure you use a stud finder

Blends in nicely
I was excited to find the TRX base in white. Having all white ceilings in the workout space just means this blends so much better than the original grey. I have read some reviews that have complained about the finish coming off, so far no problems on my end. I suppose it wouldn't be hard fix with a little masking tape and a can of spray paint, so I'm not really concerned.
