A: I'm wanting to buy one myself. I was told that as of right now my local store has yet to receive any nor any of the surrounding locations. I guess it's just a waiting game.
A: I purchased this phone on 3/7/17 and paid 9.99/mo for an existing line. Local BestBuy sales rep said it would have been 2.99/mo if I added a new line.
Q: Is there going to be a jbl booster included
A: No. The JBL speaker mod is sold separately, as are other moto mods and headphones.

A: Yes that is what i did, i have verizon and used this phone from best buy to replace my old verizon phone, and the insurance through best buy is better in my opinion.
Q: If I buy this phone for retail price will I be able to use it with other carriers?
A: If you get the Verizon version, it comes unlocked. So long as the carrier is something like straight talk or trackphone it will work with a BYOP Verizon tower sim. I use mine on straight talk.
A: When I ordered the Moto Z Play Droid for the $9.99/month, on 8/14/2017, the model # that I received (per the box) is MOTXT163501. My husband decided to order the same phone 6 weeks later and received the same model # that I did. Hope that helps
