A: Not unless you hook it up to a computer, with internet access. This isn't a smart TV, it's a monitor that displays the signal that a computer sends it.

Q: Can this screen accommodate a resolution of 1024 x 768?
A: I just tested 1024x768 both in "1:1" mode and in "fill aspect ratio" mode. In 1:1 mode, the monitor presents exactly 1024x768 pixels in this 4k monitor, as a very small window. In "fill aspect ratio" mode, the monitor presents 1024x768 filled vertically with 1:1 aspect ratio (square pixels). The monitor also supports a "picture in picture" mode which shows the full 3840x2160 from the DisplayPort on my main workstation *and simultaneously* the little 1024x768 "window" provided by the HDMI from a separate computer overlaying one corner.

A: No, not especially, at least at 4K, since it is only 60 HZ there.
