  • Features
    • Drying Method: Heated drying (Appliances that use heat to dry the dishes will include a heating element or minerals which transform moisture into heat. A fan or vent then circulates the hot dry air throughout the tub during the drying cycle. This may reduce drying time and the risk of water spots. Appliances that use minerals to produce heat are considered more energy efficient than those that include a heating element. Appliances that use condensation drying are considered more energy efficient than those that use heated drying. Instead, high temperature water is produced during the final rinse cycle which warms the interior and eventually condensates and drains out of the machine.)

A: Previous answer says no, but packing list says it includes panel mounting kit. Installation instructions include instructions for mounting custom panel. BestBuy website also says it is panel ready. So.......... maybe?

Q: Do you recommend using a hammer to get the touch controls on the top of the door to work? When throwing away the useless top rack can it go in the recycle bin? Where can I purchase cups and glasses that have an angled brim to match the angled dw rack?

A: You have to press twice to get the unit on. I don’t recommend a hammer. I also do not care for the top rack. It is plastic so yes recycle it. I really think who ever designed the racks never had to do dishes. They have no ideal on how to load a dishwasher.

    Tough as a Viking!

This Viking Dishwasher is amazing!! It cleans everything spotless, even baked on food that you would think you wold have to scrub off after the wash cycle. Not the case at all! I also like that there is a light that goes on when you open the door.

    Great Machine.

Everything is cool, but the install a few weeks ago wasn’t that well. They only put in two screws to mount the dishwasher and it has a lean to the right. It’s not even center. They snugged it all the way to the left in the dishwasher hole. Also it seems they didn’t have long enough screws for the right side because one of them fell out of the hole and kinda offset the door and seems the door isn’t straight anymore either. Great Dishwasher, bad install.

Multiple issues with this dishwasher and confusing

First time we have been unhappy with a Viking appliance. We had to re-set the unit a number of times to get it to start a cycle. We never truly figured it out and the operating material shipped with it is not clear and hard to find anything online. Then an arm felll off every time it cycled through. We ended up returning it.
