Q: Can you build this unit into a cabinet?
A: Unit would need space to vent, so as long as the back doesnt get warm you would be fine.Use a bottom that can glide the unit out so that gas can be easily replaced.
Q: Can you mix red and white wines at the same time? Like have 2 red and 2 whites at different temps?
A: The temperature will have to be the same for all 4 wine bottles placed inside this unit. There are no separate cooling zones in this dispenser.
