I bought a vizio tv and blu ray player so that I could be assured that they would work togehter coming from the sam manufacter. The blu ray player is supposed to play DVD, JPEG, MPEG and just about everything under the sun. It doesn't, worse when I called in Vizio would not help me unless I would provide, name, email, adress and blood type. At the end of a very fustrating conversation the "support" person told me that I needed a firmware upgrade, but that they did not think it would help, so they were not going to waste their time sending it and hung up.

I assumed based on the price tag, that this would be a worthy blu-ray player... i was wrong. all of the built in applications are incredibly slow, specifically the Netflix app; it would take sometimes ten minutes just to load the title screen. The picture quality is fine and set up is easy but even just playing discs the machine seemed to struggle just to start. if i paid 40 dollars for this i would expect that. dont waste your money, buy something else.

Bought it over a year ago, WiFi works great and the netflix and amazon were used often, when i could get it to turn on. It had to be turned on and off to get the picture to show up after 6 months of owning it. After 8 months the eject button stopped working every time you pushed it and as of now i get no picture what so ever.
