Q: I bought two of these drives in August. They have a 5 year warranty which is why I bought them. One has failed. How do I get a replacement.

A: You need to contact the manufacturer directly and give them the serial number of the drive and once they have verified the warranty status they'll send you a replacement. Hope that helps.
