The dual-mount system with suction-cup base and c-clamp locks the strainer onto a variety of flat surfaces. Put your fresh tomatoes or other soft fruits and vegetables directly into the 1 gallon hopper, turn the handle, and quickly separate skins and seeds so you’re left with just the puree. The easy-turn handle is easy to crank, and the splash guard keeps your hands clean while the chute directs puree into any container, can or bag. The strainer comes with a stomper, auger, and a 1.5mm multipurpose stainless steel screen that's perfect for tomatoes and apples, with other sizes available for squash, salsa and grapes in the optional 4-piece accessory kit 07-0858 (sold separately).
