RMS Power: 20 watts (The maximum amount of continuous power the device is able to handle.)
Peak Power Handling: 100 watts (The maximum amount of power an electronic device, like a speaker, can handle without damage. This refers to short bursts of power, while root mean square (RMS) power handling indicates the amount of continuous power a device can sustain. Higher levels of distortion can also occur at peak power levels when the device is powered beyond its recommended usage.)
Impedance: 6 ohms (Describes the resistance of an electric signal throughout the system. Devices with low impedance require less power to deliver optimal signals but are more at risk for damage from overloading. Higher impedance requires more power but is more protected from overload damage.)
Minimum Frequency Response: 48 hertz (Describes the maximum range of frequencies or musical tones a product can reproduce, from very low tones to very high treble tones. The minimum frequency or musical tone the speaker can reproduce. High treble tones have higher frequencies while low tones and deep bass have lower frequencies.)
Maximum Frequency Response: 24 kilohertz (Describes the maximum range of frequencies or musical tones a product can reproduce, from very low tones to very high treble tones. The maximum frequency or musical tone the speaker can reproduce. High treble tones have higher frequencies while low tones and deep bass have lower frequencies.)

1" custom-made soft-dome tweeter: With a neodymium magnet clearly reproduces high frequency ranges up to 30kHz. Polypropylene capacitors on the tweeter crossover offer silky, smooth highs.
Composite front-baffle panel: Along with full internal cross-bracing, a strong MDF enclosure and curved side panels effectively reduces vibration and increases rigidity to help eliminate acoustic distortion.
Offset bi-wire terminals: Located on the back of the speaker allow simple, secure connectivity.
Compact, low-profile chassis: Enables versatile placement on a shelf or stand in a modest-size listening space, such as an office, den, bedroom, porch or lounge.

Good product for the price
My son spent a considerable amount of time researching new speakers. We listened to a few at the store and purchased these off of your website for in-store pick-up. The product is great & the purchase process very simple.
Once you've gone through the long "breaking in period" these might be the best sounding bookshelf speakers you'll ever own. I have them hooked up to a vintage solid state marantz amp and they sing beautifully. Neutral, balanced, attractive, what's not to like? I do have them paired up with a Polk psw10 sub, however unless you want that deep extended bass they would be fine on their own.
I bought these speakers because they were highly recommended by the guys at Stereophile. I thought these English-made speakers would be hard to find, so I was impressed that BB carried them. When I got them home, I was very disappointed to find that they are very weak in the high frequencies. Cymbals sound dull and distant, rim shots and stick sounds are colorless "clicks," and vocals are missing their breathiness and intimacy.
Thank goodness for BB's no-hassle return policy!
