Not a great down draft system
Experienced issues, after installation of down draft. The unit runs for five minutes and shuts off. Then it turns on after few minutes and then again shuts off. Contacted the manufacturer. They sent service company to look at the unit. They changed a part. Still the same problem. Another service company was sent, issue has still not been resolved as of 09/15/19. It's been two months.
