During routine cleaning and maintenance, the "Thermador" branding and lettering on the unit is wearing off and being removed simply by wiping the surface with a standard cleaning cloth. I bought this a year ago. Contacted thermador and no solutions! What a joke of a company!

The sales person came to the house and measure and advised it would fit with no problem, however, today's technician says otherwise.. 4 starts not to the tech who came out, but to your process that seems a little out of order
